1. Cancellation of Services
Manuscript Withdrawal Prior to Acceptance
Authors may withdraw a manuscript at any time before formal acceptance without penalty.
- No fees will be charged for withdrawal before acceptance.
Manuscript Withdrawal After Acceptance
Withdrawal requests received within 14 days of acceptance notification may qualify for a partial refund.
- Requests made after 14 days of acceptance are not refundable, as production processes will have commenced.
Termination by Publisher
If Anfo Publication House cancels publication due to scope mismatch, technical issues, or editorial errors, authors will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
- Publisher-initiated cancellations due to ethical or legal concerns will follow the refund rules below.

- Author-requested changes after publication (e.g., corrections, retractions)
- Delays or issues resulting from author non-compliance (e.g., failure to provide materials, missed proof deadlines)
3. Refund Process
Step-by-Step Refund Procedure
3.1 Request Submission
Authors must submit refund requests in writing to info@AnfoPublicationHouse.com with:
- Manuscript title and ID
- Date of acceptance notification
- Reason for cancellation or refund
- Proof of payment
3.2 Review & Approval
- Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
- Authors receive written notification of approval or denial, with explanation for any partial or denied refunds.
3.3 Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- International wire transfer refunds may require up to 5 additional business days.
