• 2.1 All submissions undergo an initial quality and scope check.
• 2.2 The Publisher reserves the right to reject any Manuscript at its sole discretion without obligation to provide detailed justification.
• 2.3 Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• 4.1 Authors retain copyright in their Manuscripts unless otherwise assigned under a separate Publishing Agreement.
• 4.2 Upon acceptance, Authors grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and archive the Manuscript in all formats and media.
• 4.3 Any third-party material included in the Manuscript (e.g., figures, tables) must be accompanied by permissions.

5. Peer Review and Editorial Process

• 5.1 The Publisher employs a double-blind peer review system.
• 5.2 Peer reviewers and editors must maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
• 5.3 Final decisions rest with the Publisher's editorial board.

6. Fees and Payments

• 6.1 Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply only after formal acceptance.
• 6.2 Authors are responsible for timely payment of APCs under the Pricing Policy.
• 6.3 Non-payment may result in withdrawal of publication rights.

7. Production and Publication

• 7.1 The Publisher will copyedit, typeset, and proofread accepted Manuscripts.
• 7.2 Authors must approve proofs within the specified timeframe (typically 5 business days).
• 7.3 Failure to approve proofs may delay publication.

8. Corrections and Retractions

• 8.1 Errata and corrigenda may be issued for factual errors identified post-publication.
• 8.2 Manuscripts may be retracted for ethical breaches, plagiarism, or legal violations.
• 8.3 Retraction notices will remain permanently linked to the original article.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• 9.1 The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
• 9.2 Authors indemnify the Publisher against any claims, losses, or legal actions resulting from breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Data Privacy

• 10.1 Personal data collected during submission and publication will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 10.2 Authors consent to the use of their names, affiliations, and ORCID iDs in published articles and promotional materials.

11. Website Use

• 11.1 Users must not use the website to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
• 11.2 Unauthorized attempts to access Publisher systems or data may result in legal action.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• 12.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Amendments

• 13.1 The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the website.
• 13.2 Continued use of Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
